Delivery Policy

All orders placed by 12 noon EST will be posted that business day. All orders in after this time will be sent the next business day. Any order received on a weekend or public holiday will be sent the next business day.

Australia Post Express Delivery
Express Post is the economical next business day delivery service for letters, documents and parcels. Next business day delivery is guaranteed* to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network, if posted on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items.

Payment Policy

Credit cards:
We accept Bankcard. Mastercard and Visa through the secure payment facility on this site. All credit card details are encrypted and send directly to the payment gateway for processing. Electronic Funds Transfer / Cheques:
If you don’t have a credit card, you can email or fax your selections through and we will respond with our bank details or postal details for you to forward payment. Your order will only be sent out once payment has been received or cheques approved. If you prefer this option you may need to allow more time for delivery.

Receipt:
Once your order has been finalised your will be given a receipt number. You will also be sent an email confirming the order.

Product Availability:

If any product is out of stock, it will be displayed next to the selection bar. Return/Refund Policy:

Deathwish.com.au will refund the total of any product (excluding shipping costs) if notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in it’s original condition at the customers expense before they will be refunded. Deathwish will replace any defective product within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Once the product is determined to be faulty a replacement will be sent free of charge.
